The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. the location was convenient, with easy access to the Embarcadero and local shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly, particularly the receptionist, and parking was ample. the packaged breakfast was a nice touch, and the balcony upgrade was worth it for the views. We would recommend this hotel despite the minor check-in hiccup.
